Who this covers
FOX TERMINAL is the desk at foxterminal.infinet.services. This policy describes the records that desk keeps when you sign in and use it.
It covers Dashboard, AI Studio, Charts, News, Devices, Guide, and Teach. It covers the paper book stored on the desk. A broker or exchange keeps its own records under its own policy when you use that firm's site or app.
Accounts
You can sign in with the desk password or with Google.
- A password sign-in opens the owner desk. People who use that password share that desk.
- A Google sign-in opens a desk for that Google account. We store the email address and basic profile fields Google sends for the sign-in.
- We store the account name, role, sign-in provider, and whether an admin has approved the user.
Sessions
A successful sign-in sets a session cookie in your browser so the desk can recognize you on the next request. Logout, or clearing that cookie, ends the session in that browser. The cookie is used for sign-in. It is not an advertising tracker.
The desk also stores your light or dark theme choice in this browser.
Desk records
The desk stores what you do on it so the book, the audit trail, and AI Studio can work. That includes:
- Paper positions, alerts, and audit events.
- Strategy cards, proofs, and AI Studio drafts you save.
- Settings such as openings, risk, news window, and armed cards.
- Questions you send to Ask AI, and the reply stored for that signed-in user.
- Companion device pairings you create on the Devices page.
These records stay on the server for the desk they belong to. They are used to run the desk, show your history, and keep an audit trail.
Teach keys
If you connect a demo or testnet exchange key in Teach, the key and the secret are stored on the server for that desk only. The desk uses them to read that demo account. The page shows a short mask of the key, not the full key and not the secret.
Teach observation does not place orders with those keys. You can leave Teach unconnected.
Market data
Charts, quotes, and news are loaded from third-party feeds, including chart widgets and public market data. Those providers receive the request needed to draw the display. A chart price is a display. It is not an order and it is not the paper fill by itself.
If Telegram delivery is turned on for a brief or an alert, that message is sent to the configured channel.
Sharing
We do not sell desk records. We do not place API keys or secrets on the public pages.
An admin can see account names, roles, and approval status in order to open or hold a user. The operator of the server can access the desk files as needed to run and protect the service. A host, email, or Telegram provider processes only what that delivery needs when that feature is in use.
Retention
Desk records remain until you or an admin removes them, or until that desk is deleted. Session cookies expire on their own schedule. A demo exchange key remains until it is replaced or removed from that desk.
Your choices
- Log out when you are done on a shared browser.
- Decline browser notification permission. The desk still runs.
- Skip connecting a demo exchange key.
- Ask the operator of foxterminal.infinet.services to review or delete a Google-linked account.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The page you are reading is the version that applies.
